Sincere thanks for the floral tributes, donations, cards and messages of sympathy received, following the very sad loss of a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Very special thanks to Dr Jordan and staff at Arbury Medical Centre, Macmillan Nurses, Marie Curie Nurses, Mary Ann Evans Hospice and all staff at the George Eliot Hospital for their devoted care to Derek.
